From first inquiry to final fit

A clear process from first scope to final installation.

Elite turns measurements, materials, finishes, hardware, responsibilities and schedule into a written scope with approvals at every critical stage.

01

Qualify

We confirm project type, location, quantity, rough budget context, decision-makers and target schedule before investing in a full estimate.

02

Define

Plans, field conditions, materials, finishes, hardware, exclusions and open decisions are organized into a buildable scope.

03

Price

The proposal identifies inclusions, exclusions, allowances, options, payment milestones and schedule assumptions.

04

Approve

Required drawings, samples, measurements and selections are approved in writing before production release.

05

Fabricate

Materials are ordered, parts produced, assemblies checked, finishes completed and the delivery sequence prepared.

06

Deliver

Delivery and installation are coordinated as contracted, followed by a documented completion or punch-list process.
